The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Mississippi/McComb Unit.

This project is Network of Women NOW’s first in the United States of America. We wanted our first project to be in McComb, MS because that is home. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Mississippi are safe havens during the summer months for both boys and girls. Their summer programs offer a variety of classes, activities, and fun for its attendees.

The summer program offers classes on feminine hygiene and wellness for young girls ages 9 - 15. On International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8th, 2022, Network of Women NOW conducted a supply drive to donate thirty Ubibi Bags to young girls and women. Thanks to all of the organizations for donating supplies for this project! The collection of supplies included in the Ubibi Bags were disposable pads, tooth brushes, toothpaste, and Q-Tips. July 2022
